Product Overview
The SIGLENT SNA5000A series of Vector Network Analyzers have a frequency range of 9 kHz to 8.5 GHz and 100 kHz to 26.5 GHz, which support 2/4-port scattering parameter, differential-parameter, and time-domain parameter measurements. The SNA5000A series of VNAs are effective instrumentation for determining the Q-factor, bandwidth, and insertion loss of a filter, They feature impedance conversion, movement of measurement plane, limit testing, ripple test, fixture simulation, and adapter removal/insertion adjustments. The VNAs have five sweep types: Linear-Frequency mode, Log-Frequency mode, Power-Sweep mode, CW-Time mode, and Segment-Sweep mode. The SNA5000A series VNAs also support scattering-parameter correction of SOLT, SOLR, TRL, Response, and Enhanced Response for increased flexibility in R&D and manufacturing applications.

For the 4 ports S-parameters measurement of SNA5000A, multi traces in different windows can be added, with the formats of Log Mag, Lin Mag, Phase, Delay, Smith, SWR, Polar, etc. It is helpful for transmission/ reflection tracking, load match, and directivity analysis. These traces can be saved as references or adding limits for pass/fail tests to improve the efficiency during the antennas test and filter test.

Other electronics test equipment manufacturers Cal kits are available in SNA5000A series, and the importing of user-defined Cal kits are supported, saves the customers investment on calibration.

With a multitude of switch system configurations available quickly design a custom test system built for your devices at an incredible value versus competitive packaged solutions. The SSM5000A series switch matrix can be connected to the analyzer via USB, LAN or direct control interface. Once a matrix is connected, the analyzer automatically detects the matrix type and allocates the ports. Users can use it as a complete multiport vector network. The software is already in the vector network firmware.
