SIGLENT Announces the Release of SDS2000X-E Series Super Phosphor Oscilloscopes

December 21, 2018

ShenZhen, December 10, 2018:  SIGLENT Technologies has announced the release of their new SDS2000X-E Series Super Phosphor Oscilloscopes. Compared with the previous X-series products, the SDS2000X-E series employ the newest generation of SPO technology.  Exhibiting excellent signal fidelity, the background noise is lower than similar products in the industry. The features and high-performance of the SDS2000X-E oscilloscopes cannot be matched anywhere else at this price.

SIGLENT’s SDS2000X-E series Digital Storage Oscilloscopes are available in bandwidths of 200 MHz and 350 MHz. They have a maximum sample rate of 2 GSa/s, with a maximum record length of 28 Mpts. As a MSO (digital channels are optional), they can display 2 analog channels mixed with 16 digital channels simultaneously. Other high-performance features of the SDS-2000X-E family include:

Waveforms Mode (History) and Segmented Acquisition (Sequence)

Play back the historical waveform to observe the abnormal event and quickly locate the source of the problems through the cursor or measurement parameters. The sequential mode divides the waveform storage space into multiple segments, each of which stores one trigger frame.

1 Mpts FFT Data Processing

The new math co-processor enables FFT analysis of incoming signals using up to 1 million samples per waveform. This provides high frequency resolution with a fast refresh rate. The FFT function also supports a variety of window functions so that it can adapt to different spectrum measurement needs.

Event Search and Navigation

The SDS2000X-E can search events specified by the user in a frame. It can also navigate by time (delay position) and historical frames.

Bode Plot

The SDS2000X-E can control the USB arbitrary waveform generator module (SAG1021) or control a separate Siglent AWG device (SDG-series) to perform amplitude-frequency characteristics and phase-frequency characteristic scanning, display the results in Bode plot or list formats, and export the scanned data.
